In the summer of Don Brewer moved my home to *** ***o MHP from a park in AJ The awning they put up started leaking right away They said they fixed it, but it still leaks I think they put up old parts of an awning, not the ones I had originally This past week I had my house re-leveled and was told that Don Brewer opened up my protective sheeting that is supposed to be intact all over the bottom of the house It appears they opened it to pull wiring or something My vent for the AC is supposed to be attached to the bottom of the house with straps and it was left on the ground and has water in the line They did not take the return all the way to the outside of the house for the AC and is dripping on one of the supports inside the bottom of the house It is starting to rust the supportI have paid about $trying to fix the leaking awning and it is ruining my deck below it I can't fix that until the awning is fixed I was quoted about $to put the vent up off the ground and then another $if the vent has to be replacedBased on how poorly they set up my house, I can not recommend them as a company that does competent work
Don B[redacted] moved my home for me and were very helpful during the move. They moved me quickly and I wasn't out of my home long. The awning and new skirting look great.
In the summer of 2013 Don Brewer moved my home to [redacted]o MHP from a park in AJ. The awning they put up started leaking right away. They said they fixed it, but it still leaks. I think they put up old parts of an awning, not the ones I had originally. This past week I had my house re-leveled and was told that Don Brewer opened up my protective sheeting that is supposed to be intact all over the bottom of the house. It appears they opened it to pull wiring or something. My vent for the AC is supposed to be attached to the bottom of the house with straps and it was left on the ground and has water in the line. They did not take the return all the way to the outside of the house for the AC and is dripping on one of the supports inside the bottom of the house. It is starting to rust the support. I have paid about $500 trying to fix the leaking awning and it is ruining my deck below it. I can't fix that until the awning is fixed. I was quoted about $275 to put the vent up off the ground and then another $275 if the vent has to be replaced.
Based on how poorly they set up my house, I can not recommend them as a company that does competent work.
