Review: In 2011, the DVD was released, but this story starts in 2000 when I paid $750.00 for the film option rights to [redacted] short story, [redacted]. That transaction was fine and established me with [redacted], and started the negotiations that were held between us for [redacted]. Several drafts were traded between us for the contract, but then my attorney introduced me to [redacted] and [redacted] told me to stop the option because it was not legally required. [redacted] of course went on to produce the film for a million dollars and hire his then girlfriend and assistant. I was cut out of the deal because I fell ill and went on medical leave. When I got back, everything was stolen and stories were switched around. I have filed this Revdex.com complaint because later in 2009 when I discovered all of this - the Congdon Agency would not support me at all. They would not give me copies of my own files or cancelled check. They barely responded to my letters. They chose to get in bed with these other folks and so that's the way it is. I needed them to tell the truth in order to not lose out on a major project and they declined - right at the time when I needed it for medical bills.Desired Settlement: Please mail me a check for the $750.00 option.
