Let me start off by apologizing to *** *** for her experience, we in no way condone or accept behavior that can be construed as harassing or unprofessional. In speaking with the Manager at Mandarin San Jose Self Storage she discovered that *** ***’s phone number was listed
on one of our Delinquent Tenants account as their primary, I believe this was the start of this issue and her number has been removed from our system. As for Ashley, she has been counselled by her Manager and also by me. She is new with the company and I believe didn’t understand how to properly handle this situation. We now have guidelines in place to help our new employees as well as our seasoned ones.
