I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
It sounds to me that you have all your paper work messed up A camera and smoke alarms does not cost $***! You need to talk to *** even know he doesn't work for you This is probably why he doesn't work for you anymore...because he will tell the customers anything for him to get the commission Where on the contract does it say months? The only place it could be is in the small print It should be in bold large font at the top Further more, you are not righting this wrong on you end one bit You are going to have to do a lot better then that to settle this matter!

Six months into the agreement, [redacted]s contacted our office to advise of his desire to cancel the agreement as a result of his need to lower his expenses.   We are aware of the many expenses that can be involved with the birth of a child. We therefore, are prepared to extend a temporary rate reduction to [redacted]s to aid in lowering his expenses over the next 3 months. We are extending three months at a rate of just $[redacted]s will save $35 per month over the next 3 months, while enjoying the same level of service as the contractual rate of $[redacted]s rate will revert to $[redacted] after the three month temporary rate has been exhausted. CPI feels we have acted ethically in this matter. Dear Revdex.com, Thank you for your assistance in forwarding the complaint submitted by Ms. [redacted]. We have reviewed the items outlined in Ms. [redacted]'s correspondence dated 1/9/18 and determined the following: February 25, 2016, Ms. [redacted] executed an agreement for service for a sixty month period. In...

exchange for the agreement we provided $2400 of equipment for just $104, and waived all fees associated with the labor of the system. All services associated with the executed agreement have been rendered since the date of installation. Recently, Ms. [redacted] contacted our office to inquire on the status of the agreement. We provided her with a copy of the agreement. At this time, we were not advised of any concerns Ms. [redacted] had with the agreement executed. We have since spoken with Ms. [redacted] and addressed her concerns surrounding the rate and the length of the agreement. We offered a lower rate of $39.99 although the level of service Ms. [redacted] currently has is at a rate of $49.99. Additionally, we reduced her agreement term from sixty months to 39 months. CPI feels our offer satisfies Ms. [redacted]'s complaint and we consider this matter resolved. Please feel free to contact our Customer Support Team at 800-[redacted] ext.
