Revdex.com:At the time of purchase of this vehicle, I have made the request several times that the scratches, etc would be puffed and fixed as best as they could fix themNOTHING was doneI waited months with several phones calls to the severice dept with phone records to prove stating that their detail man was "out of town". Finally, when they did get me in to get them fixed, some were "touched up" with a tiny paint brush and some were fixed correctlyI refused to accept this as what they stated the job would beIt look horribleI was told when the vehicle was dropped off that it would be several days before I got it back because it was being sent to the detail guy in medina, ny and was notI was also told that I would be getting a new front floor mat, by the president Matt, himself on 06/29/when I stopped there to show himI have a picture of the floor matHe state that he would only replace the front floor mat as a curtesyI was told that the mats would not fade after they were painted at the time of purchase, find it funny that after days of having the vehicle the floor mats were fading alreadyWhen I saw the vehicle after the "touch up" job, and saw the they had replace the floor mats with USED mats, I was extremly unhappy with everything
This is when I put the complaint in the Revdex.comI was told that there would be a phone call to me first thing the morning explaining what they were going to do, I received NO communicationNo phone calls, NOTHINGI finally had to call to find out what was going on with MY vehicleThis is when I was told it was finally sent off the detail person in medina, ny and the new floor mats were not authorized to be ordered for me by mattSo days after I filed the complaint I finally received my car back and got the things that were promised to me months after purchasing the vehicle.Including the brand new floor mats that cost a total of $16-, (the recpt was in the glove box of the vehicle) As for the "several" calls to me after I picked up my vehicle from being fixed correctly, there was only Again, I have phone records and voice mails to prove everythingI thought by doing business in my community would help a small community such as ours but the poor service and lack of customer service is why I will NEVER go or send anyone to this business againThis is why people go outside of this county to do business because the customer service is SOO much better

To whom it may concern,At the time we received the Revdex.com notification the vehicle was already at the paint shop after the customer did not like the touch up work.  The issues arose at the beginning of the deal.  The sales person did not clearly state that buffing would not have removed the...

scratches, but would only help clean them up.  We attempted to clean the scratches up the best we could, then we sent to paint shop after they were still not satisfied.  The customer was also promised a replacement front floor mat.  We did give the customer a complete set of floor mats (front and back).  We have attempted several phone calls to the customer to follow up since the vehicle was picked up.   Sincerely,Matt D[redacted]President Don Davis Chevrolet Buick GMC###-###-####
