Horrible!!! Had him out through our home warranty on a second opinion on our dishwasher. Horrible customer service! The first day he came out he couldn't figure out what was wrong. He left the dishwasher disconnected because he said it was "too hard" for him to put it back. He then told us there are "lots of people out there who wash dishes by hand". It's easy to hook back up so it's not too hard. He came out next day and still couldn't figure it out. He ran a test cycle and saw that it skipped the drying cycle and told us he would report that back to the home warranty company. We call the home warranty company and he reported back all is fine with the dishwasher and there is no problems. We have 10+ videos of it not working so we aren't sure why he is saying that. We definitely won't be using him again!!

My experience with this company wasn't good at all. They came out due to a hole in the ceiling where my duct work goes into my AC unit, they went up into the area very closely with a flashlight to investigate, claimed they found the problem, asked me for a check and said they would fix it. They put a piece of tape on the supposed problem and left. After finding out they saw the real problem and ignored it, I made an appointment for them to come back out and fix the actual problem. I was given a 5 hour window for the appt., wasted my entire day waiting around, and no-one ever showed up. After calling 15 minutes after the appt. window he told me he was on another call and would be here shortly, but didn't give me a time. I found the whole situation extremely unprofessional, [redacted], the man I dealt with, didn't even acknowledged the fact when I called that they had missed the appointment and kept me waiting all day or even that they didn't at least call to let me know they may be late. By the feedback I got when I called to inquire why no-one had shown up, I'm pretty sure he didn't even remember he had the appointment. After another hour of waiting, I called and cancelled. I truly feel like they just took their money for the first visit and because they knew they messed up and wouldn't get paid to come back out and fix their mistake that they just figured they could blow me off. As it is they were supposed to come the very next day and called last minute to reschedule. I would never recommend this company, they clearly have no idea how to give decent customer service.
