Review: Left car for air condition issue. was told it would cost 65.00 for diagnosis. Called later, was told it was not the air conditioner but the electrical system. said they had to put in a relay switch to see if that fixed it. I agreed to the 65.00 diagnosis.Following morning I called back. was told it was a total of $150.00. Was never told it was not fixed. When I went to pick up the car, the bill was $171.56. the owner put my credit card through, then announced that the air conditioner was not fixed.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At no point did he tell me the a/c was not fixed. I informed him that I did not pay 171.00 for diagnostics!!!!!! He gave me a 40.00 credit, which is not enough. On the bill, I am being billed 49.94 for a relay switch and 22.00 for 12 COUNT THEM 12 FUSES.....!!!!!!HE HELPED HIMSELF TO PARTS AT MY EXPENSE...AND MY CAR IS NOT FIXED. I WANT EVERYTHING REFUNDED BUT THE 65.00 I AGREED TO FOR THE DIAGNOSTICS. I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT I WOULD BE CHARGED 49.00 FOR THE RELAY AND 22.00 FOR THE FUSESDesired Settlement: EVERYTHING REFUNDED TO ME BUT THE 65.00 FOR THE 'DIAGNOTICS' THAT I AGREED TO. I OF COURSE ASSUMED THAT THAT INCLUDED THE RELAY SWITCH. MY CAR DOES NOT NEED 12 FUSES FOR ANYTHING, MUCH LESS THE AIR CONDITIONER. THIS IS AN INSULT TO MY INTELLIGENCE AND A RIP OFF.
