Don Frazier Roofing

Review: Hired Don Frazier Roofing and his son Chris Frazier to remove old roof and roof my home at [redacted]. Took more than 4 months to complete the roofing job in 5/2015. Had 4 separate leaks. Don can to house and fixed one. Chris came and fixed different leak. Chris came 2 more times and attempted to fix 2 different leaks. These 2 leaks were not fixed and now I have water damage. Tired to contact Chris by phone but he will not return call. Had to hire another roofer to attempt to patch the leak. The new roofer said that the valleys where done incorrectly and may need to be replaced at a cost of about $2000.Desired Settlement: This complany should pay me $2500 to cover to the cost of damage (need to repair plaster and paint room), and cost of roofer I hired $150. and replace valleys.

Review: Mr. [redacted]'s company first installed a new asphalt flat roof on my detached garage approximately 3 years ago. This came with a 12-year guarantee. It began leaking again this past winter. Repeated phone calls to the company have gone unanswered and unreturned for over 6 months.Desired Settlement: Roof leak repair
