[redacted] installed an overhang/roof behind and attached to the back of our garage roughly 3 to 4 years ago. Two years ago, the wooden ceiling on the underside began to rot. This was due to improper installation of the siding above the overhang on the garage. [redacted] repaired the rotten wood and installed new siding etc. at our cost. Now, we have rotten wooden beams which support the overhang. He covered it with a vinyl roof in sections and pieces instead of one solid sheet. I asked him at the time if this would create leaking and he advised no. Beware consumers.
