Hello [redacted] , thank you for speaking with me todayAs I mentioned to you we did in fact speak to Olivia Harris regarding this issue and we did in fact tell her that no employee from any self storage company including Moishes will enter into a customers storage unit for any reason, this is a liability issue for the companyThe items in the unit is her personal belongings and she is the only person (unless she gives written access for another person) to handle her belongingsThis service simply does not exist with respect to the self storage industryThe access person will have to come here, provide ID, find the boxes in the unit, bring the boxes down from the unit and label them with [redacted] labels and coordinate the pick up with [redacted] or FED EX or whom ever she chooses

until after I made this complaint. On July *, 2016 after I stated return my check and let my items go to auction.  She never told me the check will be applied or any other balances due after an auction.  This was never stated in their policy and I never heard of a storage company, after an auction forwarding a balance to the individual because they under sold items.
