Don Harden, AAS, A+, DCSE Reviews (1)
Don Harden was the technician sent by [redacted] to help me with my computer problems. He did fine and even helped me buy a new computer, since mine was bad. Don went with me to the [redacted] store, and helped me set the new one up at home. In order to transfer my old information to the new computer, he suggested that he take home my hard drive and run it all night to download to a flash drive. He told me to LIE to [redacted] by telling them that the work was completed and not to mention the fact that he was taking my hard drive home with him, because he would have to bill [redacted] for all the overnight hours. It was also, I learned later, totally against [redacted] policy (to take any computer related items from a customers home). He also promised to help me with Windows 8 questions. I called him later and told him (via voicemail) that he did not return my old hard drive, and that I still had many questions and could he help me. A couple days later he finally called me back and apologized for the delay and that he would return the drive or mail it to me. This was May 2, 2013. I have not heard from him since then. I called and left messages and emails daily, but I still cant reach him. But I would really like him to explain what happened to my hard drive. I have filed a THEFT report with local police, who called Don and asked about the situation. Don completely LIED and said that he did not take the drive and that I must have been mistaken. He still has not returned any attempts to contact him. But I have proof that he lied to police in the voice mail he left me May 2, 2013. Please help! Thank you.
