Review: Paid business to deliver three fine art items. After 3.5 month, Mr. H[redacted] delivered two of the three items, promising to promptly ship the other item, a $5,000 antique, well packaged and insured. Eight days ago I was told the item was in the mail. I'm still waiting for my item.

Note: This person has made and broken countless delivery commitments.Desired Settlement: I want my item and I want it in the same, unbroken, condition in which it was received. Note: this is a hundred year old stained glass globe, with hanging hardware, that is very fragile.

Review: I had Don Hill pick up two items on to different dates and he has not delivered them. I have requested the items be returned to me as he has not follwed through with what he has promised. The first item, a pedestal was picked up in October of 2013 the second item was picked up in early December 2013. He promised to delivery these items giving new dates each time previous date came due. He is holding in his postions over $1,500 in items. I now want the items returned to me at [redacted] as both customers are made with one customer canceling the order and requesting I provide a refund. I had used Don Hill several times before and never had a problem so I am not sure why his attitude has changed.Desired Settlement: I want the items returned to me ASAP or refund my cost to pick them up

Review: I bought a pair of antique chairs on Ebay in Nov 2012. The seller set me up with Don Hill as the transporter. He and I agreed on $300.00 for delivery. I still haven't seen them yet, 7 months later! He has already picked them up from the seller in Georgia and now I don't know where my chairs are! I've contacted him numerous times and there is always an excuse, eye surgery, truck broke down, driver quit, etc. I have e-mails and texts from him stating time frames for delivery and he's never met dates. I don't know what to do from here.Desired Settlement: I want my chairs that I paid for.

Review: Don H[redacted] Trasportation Company has failed to deliver a piece of furniture I purchased back in July 2012 through EBAY. I have been in contact with Mr. H[redacted] numerous times since 2012 via phone and email to make arrangements for delivery, but Mr. H[redacted] continues to fail on his commitment. The delivery /transportation service has already been paid for in full. Mr. H[redacted] sent me a picture of my piece of furniture that was in a crate. In addition, he ensured me that my piece of furniture was safe. I'm launching this compliant because I AM FED UP WITH UNDELIVERABLE PROMISES! I live overseas and it's hard to communicate because of the different time zones. Email has been the best way to reach out to Mr. H[redacted]. Sometimes he responds to my emails and other times he will not. My mother who lives in the states has attempted to contact with him to set up a delivery date and time, no response. Mr. H[redacted] is a military veteran, and I currently serve in the military myself; therefore', I gave him a free pass because of the military trust & bonding service members instantly develops. Mr. H[redacted] needs to live up to his business promise. Especially since the service is paid for in full and this has been going on for over 3 years! I feel that Mr. H[redacted] has not made my shipment a priority, and had taken advantage of my overseas status. Thank you!Desired Settlement: Delivery of Order

Review: I purchased some furniture from an auction house back in August, and one of the recommended shippers was [redacted]. He told me what day he would be at the auction house, and thus I paid my storage fee through that day. However I got an email about a month later saying that my items were still in storage, and I owed a $275 storage fee! I knew storage fees multiplied every day, but had the items been picked up when I was told they would be, I would not owe this. I work for a non-profit, I don't really have much extra money, this $275 is a painful price to pay. Besides the fact that [redacted] has already been paid for this shipping, which means to pay the storage fee and hire another shipping company will actually be incredibly difficult for me to do.Desired Settlement: I would like not only a refund for the cost of the shipping, that has yet to happen, but also for [redacted] to pay the storage fee for the items that was only incurred because he failed to pick them up.

Review: I have been in contact with Don since Dec 2013 regarding the delivery of a small antique table that I purchased from in auction house. Don agreed to ship the table to me , but has for the past 6 months been giving me excuse after excuse and missed every deadline he gives me. He has been very difficult to get a hold of, and disappears many time only to then contact me and give another excuse and new deadline. This has happened man, many time. He ignores many of my emails for an update to when the table will arrive after each deadline has passed and I don't hear from him.Desired Settlement: I want the table which I paid over 1000.00 for. At this point I do not know how to retrieve my property from his storage unit where he says the table is sitting.

Review: He was hired to deliver items that were purchased at an auction house on 11/23/2014.

Items were promised to be delivered before Christmas of 2014. Sense that time i've had several conversations with him promising me delivery. Each time he guaranteed a delivery date ,and each time never showed up. My last contact with him was that I was going to take legal actions . Within a day I got a response from him stating that the merchandise would be delivered on April 22nd. As of to date I have still not received my merchandise nor have I heard from him.Desired Settlement: I want my merchandise or a complete refund of the purchase price.
