I was charged for traveling time from one destination to my house which was thirty minutes.Don Huckaby plumming charged thirty minutes travling time from the last job till the plumber arrived at my house.I was informed the job would cost ninty nine dollars an hour.I was not informed about being charged for driving time.I feel like I should be reimbursed for a half hour on the labor. The date was 3-15-2015.Invoice #XXXXX [redacted] was given a 10% discount for the first hour but I feel I should be given credit for the 30 minutes travling charges.I paid $249.60.Desired SettlementI feel like I should be reimbersed for thirty minutes labor.Business Response The customer asked about the labor charge at the time the work was done and he was given 10% off. I am sorry this did not satisfy him. If he was not satisfied, he should have called the office again. I will call the customer and settle this privately.
