On Saturday March 21, I called this dealership needing helpMy son was in SPadre for spring break, his key somehow got deactivated and would not work on his jeepI desperately called needing their assistance because we were hundreds of miles awayThe man we spoke with was very rude, he told me we were better of mailing the key to him which would take daysI told him that wouldn't work because my son needed to get back to school at *** *** by Monday for classesHe then said it would be over $and they would have to have the jeep to program a new keyI said okay, if we get the jeep towed to you can you make the key for us and his response was a quick "nope" I was so mad that he was not willing to help in anyway or even have a professional responseTells
a lot about how this dealership does business and who they hireI would have loved to give this company a great review if only they would have helped us, instead they were rude, unhelpful, and unprofessionalI would never recommend this dealership!
Recently I had issues with my Dodge durango, I took it in to Don Johnson for service and my experience there was horrible. It took weeks to repair vehicle, services and repair should of been covered by extended warranty but they made it sound that the reason my durango failed was.due to me shorting out a fuse causing damage to components, the end result was I paying for.the repairs out of pocket. Customer service was very poor, no one including manager was any help
Their Pre-Owned department engages in really deceitful advertising. It is a scam. Throw away anything that says you have won. If you won anything, it is a $1 lottery card, not whatever prize they are offering. They are so shifty, I wouldn't go in there again if it was the last dealer on earth.
