9/3/Called them to discuss a possible job at my houseThey said they could do it and told me that they would contact me the following Monday to set up a time to do itI had to contact them Wednesday (days after when they said they would contact me) to see if they still wanted to set it upTook two more days for them to respondThey did finally respond and asked if the next Tuesday or Wednesday would workI chose WednesdayAt 3:on the day they were supposed to show up I contacted them and asked when they were going to comeNo response and I still haven’t heard back (days and counting)Very unprofessionalVery unreliableIf this is common customer experience then I am shocked they are still in business
