It is our dealership's policy to complete a "We Owe" form on every vehicle delivered by our dealershipThis is done so that there is a clear understanding of anything that our dealership "owes" to the customer at time of deliveryI have attached a copy of Mr***'s completed and signed We
Owe form which does not indicate anything owed to him in regards to an extra key or floor mats
However, in the interest of customer satisfaction, my sales manager, *** *** has been in contact with Mr*** and he has stated that if we reimburse him $109 for the cost of the key, that he will be satisfiedWe mailed a check for $to Mr*** on 3-20-14, so I believe this matter has been resolved to his satisfaction

Mallon Chevrolet Inc. was purchased by the [redacted]s on March 1, 2016. Apparently the new owners have decided not to continue the free oil and filter changes that had been offered by Mallon Chevrolet. As Mallon Chevrolet Inc. is no longer in business you may want to consider [redacted]...

Review: During the sales process the Salesman indicated that I would receive a detail cleaning job, the missing front floor mats and a second ignition key. The detail department was closed at the time of delivery so no cleaning was preformed. The drivers front mat was the incorrect colour and the passenger front mat was the wrong colour and a rear mat. The second key was not provided and I was told by a Salesmanager that since I already signed a contract that the key would not be provided unless I were to pay for it. The key and needed programming is $165.00 the front mats are $135.00. I have been informed by a [redacted] at Don Mallon CHevrolet that I need to purchase the key and programming myself. The only key I was provided with is some sort of valet key which limits the functionallity of the vehicles speed and radio functions. I have since purchased a replacement key and programing and the correct mats.Desired Settlement: The dealer is not willing to provide me with the replacement key and I have not requested reimburtsement.
