from *** ***The liner could be patched from the backside so that the small repair is not noticeableThere was a concern that an attempt at an insurance claim was never madeAs you can see from the denial letter dated June from *** *** a claim was submittedSo I really don't understand why they are implying that such claim was never madeWe have never claimed responsibility for the slit in the liner, but tried to submit a claim due to the fact that the *** were insistent that we replace the linerThis seemed the best option since we have no deductibles for this class of claim.The liner was installed at the first of June and we were contacted weeks after the install in reference to the slitWe were not the last people to work on the poolAfter we had completed our work the pool was only half fullThe *** instructed us that they would do the start up of the pool themselves once it was fullThey still had to get water trucked in to fill the pool, thus hoses were being placed in the pool after we had departed the propertySo there were parties still working on or next to the pool after we had left the job siteThe water company, the concrete company, and the ***The pool was also used by the *** family before the complaint of the slit and to my knowledge still being used.We are willing to have the liner patched by the *** representative, and to give the *** some monetary compensation once the outstanding balances are paid.Swim Safely,Dave B***(Additional Documentation Attached)

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, while I am not satisfied with the sub par product I received and in particular the service, or lack there of, I am willing to accept the businesses response as outlined below:The liner must be repaired by a *** *** representative and either myself or my spouse must be home when the liner is repairedUnder no circumstance is any representative from Don Marcum to come to my residence or do any further work to the pool Upon completion of the repair by ***, I agree to pay the outstanding invoices ($1109.43) and and additional $toward the liner, totally $ Please note that this is the offered "Option 2" from Exhibit D As illustrated by Don Marcum this will leave a balance of $1000.00, which they have agreed to credit from the account leaving a zero balance Don Marcum agrees to remove the *** from their mail distribution list.
