I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], while I am not satisfied with the sub par product I received and in particular the service, or lack there of, I am willing to accept the businesses response as outlined below:The liner must be repaired by a [redacted] representative and either myself or my spouse must be home when the liner is repaired. Under no circumstance is any representative from Don Marcum to come to my residence or do any further work to the pool. Upon completion of the repair by [redacted], I agree to pay the outstanding invoices ($1109.43) and and additional $450.00 toward the liner, totally $1559.43. Please note that this is the offered "Option 2" from Exhibit D. As illustrated by Don Marcum this will leave a balance of $1000.00, which they have agreed to credit from the account leaving a zero balance. Don Marcum agrees to remove the [redacted] from their mail distribution list.
