This individual purchased a seat in our Columbus Firefighter Exam Prep seminar. If he attended that seminar, he signed a paper stating that he understood that there were no refunds applicable for the seminar. The confirmation postcard we mailed him about our seminar stated that refunds
are only given with hour notice PRIOR to the seminar. If he couldn't attend the seminar that he purchased (I don't have that available information at this time), then we mailed the seminar material to those people at our own expense and the same refund policy stands.It is stated on our website that our refund policy is for PRODUCTS only. Again, we state our seminar no-refund policy in the confirmation postcard we mailed out and in the registration sheet signed at the seminar
