Review: Chrysler failed to repair the vehicle properly, then tried charging a deductible without my approval. They are charging a ridiculous price for a repair.Desired Settlement: I want all my money back and a letter of apology.

On 6/10/13 the 2010 Chrysler Town and Country belonging to [redacted] and [redacted] arrived at Don Miller Dodge with a service engine light on. We discovered a fault code in the computor of P0507, (air flow perfomance). We tested the throttle body and found that it had failed. [redacted] from Don Miller service contacted Mr. [redacted] with the diagnosis and price for repair, as the vehicle was no longer under warranty for this repair. Mr. [redacted] did not agree with the quoted cost of repair and after some negotiation with the Don Miller service department, a discounted price was agreeded to. The repair was made and no futher issues were found with the van.
On 6/12/13 the vehicle returned with the service engine light on once again. The diagnosis for this repair was a faulty PCV valve. Don Miller service does recommend replacing the PCV valve when the throttle body is replaced, but due to Mr. [redacted]'s concern with the cost of the original repair, and no fault code in the cars computer was found indicating a bad PCV valve, we did not replace it at the first visit. We did however replace the PCV valve when the car was returned on 6/12/13 at no cost to the customer.
Don Miller service has been informed that Chrysler Corporation as agreed to refund the customer all of their costs minus a $75 deductable.
We at Don Miller strongly believe we provided the customer with good service and worked with the customer to accommodate their concerns of price and went beyond by providing the second repair at no cost.
I believe that this matter as now be resolved with the customers agreement with Chrysler Corporation. If that is not the case, please feel free to contact me via the information provided below.

[redacted] states that he had a conversation with Mr. [redacted] and explained to him that this issue is with Chrysler, not with the dealership.
DO NOT BUY FROM DON MILLER! They refused to fix a defect and the general manager even said "all the cars on the lot have defects." IF YOU GO THERE, REMEMBER: BUYER BEWARE!!!
