Don N Divas

Review: Friday, March 8, 2012 at 5pm I had a hair appointment at Dons and Divas Hair Professionals with the owner [redacted]. When I arrived at 5pm she was getting her own hair done so I wasn't seen till about 5:30. I did not leave the salon till almost 11pm because she attended to clients who walked in at a later time because they were regulars and it was my first time. She put my color in and let it sit forever and it looks horrible. She did not start cutting my hair until about 10:30 and it took about ten minutes. Not to mention she had been drinking the entire time but I had already been there for hours, had my color in, I could not just walk out. About two days later I washed my hair and straightened it only to realize she had given me the worst haircut of my life. Friends and family even coworkers could not believe how terrible it looked. I went back to the salon and they told me she was on vacation for another two weeks. I walked in today and she was extremely rude. Said she would fix it but I could not get my money back. There was no sign that read no refund anywhere. She showed no sympathy for the fact that she ruined by beautiful long hair. Being that I waited two weeks for her to return, I had already scheduled an appointment with another hairdresser so I did not want her to try and fix it. She embarrassed me in front of her customers and ruined my hair. Her customer service was horrible. I would not recommend her to cut dog hair.Desired Settlement: I just want a refund. I don't think its fair that I have to take money out my own pocket to fix her mistake.
