Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint On October 27th I had my roof shingles replacedWhen the roofer removed the old shingles the decking area was exposed and I had the roofer cut the section of decking right above the soffit area that Bee Wild was paid to remove the bee hiveBees were swarming all around this area since the Bee Wild company originally came outAfter requesting Bee Wild to come back and complete the hive removal that they were paid to do and not getting any cooperation from the Bee Wild company, I finally asked the roofer to help me with the removalThey pulled out 5-large hive's from the same area that Bee Wild was paid to removeI have attached the pictures of the hive that was removed by my rooferThe problem is finally resolved but by the rooferI am still seeking a full refund from Bee Wild since they were original paid to remove this hive and instead only put holes in my soffit and removed a small area not the entire hive Regards,

Yes I am aware of the situation and we have had some staffing issues and apoligize I will handle this personally thanks for your patience

reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Please see attached invoice/contract, it clearly stated the service that I pay for include 3yr warranty + yr pest control treatment for $1,plus tax. The pest control service is part of the package that I purchased, and not a free service as the owner replied. If he does not fulfill the service, he should reimburse me year of pest control service cost that I pay to other company ($300)

We have came out several times and fixed the problem After the remaining hive was removed there were no bees except a few robber bees coming from another place, in which we cannot control I'm am not going to keep coming out to the location over and over for minimal activity if there is
a full blown infestation then we will come and retreat the area again

The owner *** came out today and re-treated the area where the bees were building their hiveHe mentioned the staffing issues he's having and apologized for the delay. There are no bees anymore. Thanks to *** for taking care of this issue. Thank you to the *** for assisting me

The pest control was given as a free service and wa8charge for the service whether it was given or not we do not perform pest control treatments anymore and since it was a free service not obligated to fufill
