Review: Went into the store one evening for a sandwich and was "greeted" if you want to call it that by one of the owners who immediately was upset that she had to remove her rings to put on gloves to make my sandwich. Then she seemed upset by what I ordered,roast beef and swiss cheese. It took ten minutes to get a sandwich not even six inchs long. I complained about the time and told her I could make ten sandwichs in the time it took her to make one. She called me rude and I told her I was upet and had a right to complain about her poor service. The next time I came in (a couple days later) she refused to sell me a bag of ice and told me I was "banned".Desired Settlement: I would like to have the convience of this store as there are not many options out here. I will not use the deli in the future.

[redacted] entered our store that afternoon came to our deli, and I was there making my own personal food. I addressed [redacted] and asked him if he wanted to order something. He then asked who was working in the deli, I responced him it's [redacted], I asked him what would you like to order, then he repled me, He want a Roast Beef and swissh sandwich, then I decided to make it for him, cuz I don't want him to wait too long, then in a few minutes, I ask him what kind of chips would you want. He yelled at me saying just give me my "he say bad word" sandwich, he snatch the container from my hand then when he got to the register, he was very irritated and told [redacted], I'm over here starving and she wants to take her time making one sandwich putting too much love on it, then I came up to the register and told him what you did was rude, then he said " what did you go back there kill the "he say badwords again" cow!! for one "he say badwords again" sandwich!! I can make 10 sandwich on that time, [redacted] told him she wasn't take that long to make your sandwich, not even 3 minutes. I was watching there in the camera!! He just ignored her, and then, after that incident, for few days. He came back. He purchase ice and some other items, and I informed him nicely that it was the last purchase. He was able to make at the market then he was offended by that and telling us that this is America and we have a freedom to speech, and he can say, whatever he want to say, and left the premises, not too long after that incident again he came back and purchase one small bag of ice, I take the ice from the counter, I told him, Im sorry "take your money" and thank you" and [redacted] said sorry but you were very disrespectful and have a nice day!!!!! But we still allowed him on the property to get gas & fee air!! But even though we banded him he still stubborn, he keep coming to the store and get some gas!!
