Review: on 7/27/2013 I went on line to make a reservation for a campsite.the dates I made was for 8/9/2013 & 8/11/2013.some how my dates got changed to 7/29/2013 & 7/30/2013 .I did not make the changes ,they charged my card 116 dollars for dates I could not use or asked for.they would not make good on the dates I asked for or gave me a refund.I did not want a refund I still wanted to go camping.

The customer called our office on 7/31 to check on his reservation for 8/9/13. We pulled his reservation up and saw that he had booked an arrival of 7/29 and departure of 7/31. We also noticed that he entered his email incorrectly. He had left out the @ character, which meant that he would not have received his confirmation. Both of the sites he had reserved had been held open for him and at that point his reserved nights had come and gone. There are several times(4) during the reservation process on the website that the camper can review and correct any errors that they may have made.
