My boyfriend purchased a necklace with pendent for me here as a gift, and within 2 weeks of having it the chain broke. We called to see what the procedure was to get it fixed, was told to bring it in it and we would not be charged because he had purchased a warranty so we dropped of the necklace, but when we went in they charged us for the repair! On another occasion about 2 months later the chain again broke my boyfriend called Don Robertos to complain how does a $500.00 necklace brake to easily, he was told to bring it in and they would not charge since it seems that there may be an issue with the necklace. Once in the store the "manager" that assisted us was very rude and snappy said that the $500.00 he paid for was for the pendent and not the chain and that the chain is considered a free complementary chain to go along with the necklace! WTH! really you mean to tell me the cheapy looking pendent cost 500.00? that's outrageous. So again the necklace was left to be repaired. It has no been about a mth and no ph call regarding my repair. We are never returning to this store,

Review: I was late 1 day on my payment and the next day I received multiple calls from the company to go make the payment. after making an agreement with them on a set date to make a payment they continued to call me 5+ times a day asking me why I wasn't making the payment and to go into detail with them about my personal problems. after a few days they began making threats for me to return the jewelry or they would take me to court and make sure that I would be arrested. they began looking up possible contacts of mine and began giving out my information and the issue at hand to anyone they where able to get a hold of.they told people my due balance and even told people my personal problems that I had told them as to why I wasn't able to make the payment and continued telling them that they needed them to get a hold of me or I would be arrested and sued. I contacted head quarters and managed to work an agreement with them and was told the harassment would stop but it didn't the next day I was back to receiving multiple calls being harassed and told that if I didn't return the merchandise they would make sure I was arrested. till this day I am still being called and told I would get arrested and my private information is still being handed out to people I don't even know. tried contacting headquarters again and still no use no response from them. they got to the point where they are now harassing my mother in-law telling her that if she don't make sure we return the stuff or make the payment in full she can also be held responsible for not telling us what they told her I have been embarrassed by the company since they choose to give out all my private information and personal problems to whom ever they where able to get a hold of just because they thought the people knew me or where associated with me. my next step towards the company is legal matters if it continues and I don't hear back from the companyDesired Settlement: I want the constant harassment and threats towards me and my family to stop

Review: We ordered a wedding ring for my fiance, which we were told would be ready to be picked up in store sometime on 10/9/14 and we'd get a call when ready to be picked up. Never got a call, called them and stated that their jeweler was coming in later that day for delivery and we'd get a call. no one called, we called friday; stated the same thing and only took our number call they'd call us, nothing. Called Saturday and again took only the number, explained someone would call within the hour. Two hours passed and we had to call them. Finally had enough and went down there in person to find that the manager was beating around the bush and how she "promised that the ring would be coming in on wednesday" I explained we're getting married out of state before then. We need the ring now, she went around in circles and never fully answered me in full details. Very upsetting.

If something came up about the ring that we put half deposit down on and was promised that it'd be ready on the following thursday that they'd would have called us. Kept us informed or explained what was going on instead of putting both of in circles, not EVER calling us back when they promised they would. Very unprofessional.We would have preferred even an altered way to get some kind of ring in replacement or something, they never went that route but gave us empty

Review: On October 6, 2015 my husband and I returned our wedding bands back to this business due to the damaged that had occurred to them over the process of wearing them which had only been a span of 2 months. After returning them the salesman who goes by the name of German [redacted] guaranteed a swift and quick repair of a few weeks. A month passed I called the business and was told that the rings weren't ready with no detailed information as to why, so finally in January 14, 2016 after months and months of getting the run around I decided to drive to the business personally and I spoke with a woman named [redacted] who then asked how she could help me but, then directed me to [redacted] who said that Mr. [redacted] should be picking them up the following Friday or sooner and that we would be receiving them earlier if possible stating that he would call me personally which he never did.January 15, 2016 after all of this I finally spoke with the manager of this business over the phone who stated he knew nothing of this situation, and after further investigating I was told that the rings were sent to another jeweler for repair whom Mr. [redacted] told then in October "to take his time" which made my wait longer and he was very apologetic and assured me this matter would be taken care of promptly by Mr [redacted] and it is now the 19th of this month and I haven't received a call nor do I have my rings after nearly 4 months.These are very unprofessional tactics by Mr [redacted] and as a customer I wouldn't recommend any future customers doing business with him, In fact I would like to see him resign from the business which he will single highhandedly bring down eventually with these antics. He seems to not care about the customers who are the reason he receives pay. Hope this gives me the answers I have been patiently waiting on.Desired Settlement: At this point I find it only fair that my money is returned to me, these rings are being paid for on a monthly basis and I don't even have them to wear this is ridiculous. I much rather take my business elsewhere and get things taken care professional and promptly as promised with this establishment which has not been the case.

Review: on march 25 2015 a partialy deposit of 20.00 was made on a mens ring. and I was suppost to come back on april 5,2015 for the balance of 50.00. But I had lost my job in which my credit was approved on so I no longer have the money to complete the transaction. I have tried on numeric occacion to have the account close and refund my 20.00 since I dont have the prioduct which is the ring. now they are threatening negative credit as well as no product or money.Desired Settlement: I would like either a refund or the product.

I have called the cleveland location and they referred me to their Headquarters where I am getting the run around, being forwarded to voicemails and no return calls are being made to me and the issue is still unresolved.Desired Settlement: Remove the erroneous 30 day late off of my credit report immediately and return my call and request to contact me to resolve this issue.

Review: On 6/19/2014, we signed and agreed to a credit purchase. A down payment was required which I didn't have. They were so eager to sell that we made an arrangement. I gave them 40 dollars toward the 200 for the down payment on the 19th. Unforseen circumstances arose and wanted a refund. Keep in mind we do not have any of their merchandise, they still have the goods. We walked in to talk to the manager of the store, Argelia. She stated that there is no way out of the contract we signed. She also said that we could exchange for any of the items in their store but we're not interested in that resolution. In our eyes the Contract did not fully begin if the full down payment was not given.

Mr. [redacted] signed a contract at the time of purchase where it states that all sales are final even exchange within 30 days. After reviewing the complaint of Mr. [redacted] we have come to the conclusion that we are going to grant Mr. [redacted]’s petition to return the merchandise purchased from our company. The petition to receive the $40 deposit cannot be granted since Mr. [redacted] did not notify our associate until 6/25/14 of the petition to cancel the purchase. The rings have already been sized therefore we cannot refund the deposit. Mr. [redacted] gave on 7/19/14. I ask that [redacted] M. [redacted] the primary of the account visit the store a.s.a.p. to process the return since we need a signature on the return receipt.

Review: I bought two rings and a watch one year ago when I came down to the store to make a payment since my balance was low the sales rep by the name of [redacted] offer me and upgrade my payment was $180.00 in November she stated get a bigger ring that cost more and turn in the ring you have I said well how much will I Have to give a month she said well $300 a month to $400 a month I said No I can do that I could give $220 montly she made a phone call and said ok good we could do it I ask her is the interestthe same low right she said yeah yeah just sign here well when I started looking at my montly bills everymonth I notice that out of $220 dollars only $76 dollars was going to my balance so I called [redacted] the store Manager and question it she said well for that type of balance of $4000 you would have to pay more cause your just paying interest im like what well then I want to down grade back to what I had she said no we dont down grade..... I feel that they breach my contract because the sales rep lied to me and quoted me a lower interest rate just to close a sale. she never disclosed the interest date during the contract signing.

Review: Although on their website they say that they will refund you if you are not satisfied with their product, they dont. My boyfriend purchased a necklace from there at the merced location that was cheap and completely over priced. He bought it just yesterday and when I went to go return it so we could find a product more worthy of his money they refused even though we were completely dissatisfied with the customer service and the quality of jewelery they had there.Desired Settlement: I want our full refund so we may take our business else where. I also would like to have others warned about how terrible they are.

Review: This company ran my credit without my consent. I signed a contract with them on the day that I made my purchase, but I did not give them consent any time after. They also are harassing me. They call every single day.
