This is a SCAM If you’re like 1,000’s of StCloud area residents, you’ve received a mailer inviting you to participate in a Scratch-off Prize drawing SCAM As you read this intentionally deceptive advertising piece, you were instructed to scratch off to reveal 3-in-a-row symbols If all three match, then you are a “Winner” You are then instructed to go to the dealership to pick up your prize, like a big-screen TVOnly upon arriving at the dealership, are you informed by a “marketing representative” that you are NOT in fact, the big prize winner However, they will notify you at that point that in the fine print of the marketing piece that there are other terms NOTE Nowhere on page one do they “ [redacted] “ anything or indicate that you have to read on SCAM, FRAUD, DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING I was actually planning on shopping for a much needed second car that day, but forget it WHY would I buy a car from a dealership that would hire a marketing/scamming firm to misrepresent the company’s integrity? You wouldn’t…and neither did I If you have to trick innocent people to get them to your store…You’re not in a good business Shame on you Don

I was actually planning on shopping for a much needed second car that day, but forget it. WHY would I buy a car from a dealership that would hire a marketing/scamming firm to misrepresent the company’s integrity? You wouldn’t…. and neither did I. If you have to trick innocent people to get them to your store…. You’re not in a good business. Shame on you Don.

Will never recommend or buy a car from Don Robinson Mitsubishi. Scammiest place in Saint Cloud after this ad they sent out. Stated in plain text if you match 3 things you win a prize associated with the object. Didn't say you had a "chance" to win it anywhere on the card. Should be sued ! Hope the sale is a going out of business sale.

Ms [redacted] called to confirm that she appreciates having been traded into a different vehicle, but raised some concerns that she should have some money coming back to her in the transaction -- was somewhat unclear how deposit / payments on initial loan translate to 'new' loan, etc.

"U bet---we gave her more for her Saturn than she paid us for the Saturn originally ----we took very good care of her !!!!! Thanx"
"We also traded her into a 2014 awd with lots of factory warranty from her 2008 Saturn that didn't have any factory warranty---we charged her only $1999 Difference to trade up to a 2014 awd. What a great deal for her. We want customers happy!!!!!"
"She was 100 %satisfied with the deal and the way I went up and beyond to take care of her. Thanx for checking with us. She has no other monies coming to her. Thanx!!!
