Review: Dropped a pair of men's slacks for zipper replacement Feb. 2014. Don Royal Cleaners admit they lost the slacks. Filled out a claim form April 2014-no response after 2 weeks-no refund or explanation. Called them 4-28-14 and they said they'd check with the "main office" but never called back.Desired Settlement: Don Royal Cleaners was supposed to issue a dollar amount refund-appx. $50.00
Rudest staff ever. The so called manager had a problem locating my laundry due to the fact that they didnt process the ticket right. Offering info that the tailoring was done a month ago the lady responded nastily that it was in the computer. She took out their screw up on us. She then attempted to keep mt receipt! It wasnt in the computer the right way, it took her 30 minutes. My family has used this cleaners on/off for 40 plus years along with Footers in Sq. Hill, Ill deal with traffic and a lack of parking before I go here again.
