I was involved in a car accident where I had to have a tow company pick up the car. This location was where I was sent to get a replacement. I had items left in the vehicle and I made them aware of items still in the vehicle. I have made 3 trips to try an recover my items. There has not been one return call that I have received. I had several items in the vehicle that were fairly expensive - 4 invicta watches (limited edition), a pair of Michael Jordan Boots, a Samsung Note 8, and other personal items.

Replacement I would like my items replaced. I have been attempting to recover these things since early November. The worth of each watch is $300 each. The worth of the phone is $924. This totals $2124.
We regret that Mr. has had this experience, but his complaint should be redirected to the Enterprise Car Rental Agency, who is responsible for dealing with him. They rent office space from Don Tester Ford-Lincoln, Inc. but are in no way affiliated with Don Tester Ford-Lincoln, Inc. nor is Don Tester Ford Lincoln Inc. linked with the incident which Mr. Richards is referring to. The only contact we have had with Mr. was when he came in to retrieve the aforementioned items, and we attempted to assist since the Enterprise agent had already left for the evening. We empathize with Mr. complaint, however, the responsibility does not lie with us, but with the Enterprise Agency with whom he had dealings with.
