Review: The 6 hour online defensive driving class that was offered by this school is full of crap. On 6/4/13 I paid online $49.00 to the Traffic Safety Consul along with a $9.00 delivery fee via mail for my 17 year old daughter. The basic driver exam went well but when it came to the final exam at the end of the course that's when she experienced frustration. For 3 days straight my daughter repeatedly took the FINAL test and the FINAL results kept saying that she FAILED and had to be retested. Meanwhile we knew the answers were correct based on facts from defensive driving booklets as well as internet information pertaining to NJ state driving laws. When I called the school to get customer assistance to this matter I was told the son ([redacted]) was out of town in Florida and to call back because he would be able to better assist me. The following week I called and left 2 messages along with my name,contact number & the problem my daughter had experienced. No one has never attempted to call me back. I do not call that good customer service or satisfaction. Money wasted with no end results & no certificate.Desired Settlement: My daughter did not receive the full services that was offered by this online course , so therefore I should be reimburse $58.00.

sorry for the delay..but my issue has been resolved...I was refunded back my payment..thanks so much for your help...
