This is in response to the customer complaint submitted to the Revdex.com ("Revdex.com")Don Victor Jewelers is and is always willing to resolve any and all complaints in an amicable and fair mannerWith respect to the complaint submitted to the Revdex.com, Don Victor Jewelers offers the following factual information: August 20, was the last date that we received a payment from the customerAfter many attempts to discern the whereabouts of the customer, we were able to reach a verbal agreement to work on modifying the customer's balance to the customer's accountHowever, the customer never complied with said modificationsSince then, the customer has actively avoided contact with Don Victor Jewelers despite the outstanding balanceOn July 16, 2016, pursuant to USC § 1681b(a)(3)(A) Don Victor Jewelers permissibly ran the customer's credit report in order to locate the whereabouts of the customerSoon thereafter, two representatives from Don Victor Jewelers visited the customer's home in an attempt to make contact for possible resolutionDuring said visit, the representatives closely observed legal collection practices pursuant to USC § 1692cThe representatives did not act aggressive or hostile towards anyone in the household at any pointDon Victor Jewelers has a strict policy against aggressive or hostile communication with customers or any third partiesThe customer was contacted via telephone at her work for the sole purpose of locating the customerAgain, Don Victor Jewelers ensured complete observance of legal collection practices pursuant to USC § 1692c and USC § 1692d(a)(3)Before contacting the customer at the place where Don Victor Jewelers believed the costumer worked, it did not know or had no reason to know that the customer's employer prohibited the customer from receiving such communicationOn more than one occasion, the person receiving the phone call at the customer's work communicated that the customer did not work thereFrom later communication with the customer, Don Victor Jewelers learned that the customer did in fact work ti ere further indicating an avoidance of debt satisfactionSince the customer expressed her dissatisfaction, we have ceased all communication and collection effortsNotwithstanding the foregoing, Don Victor Jewelers is and is always willing to resolve any disputes in an amicable and fair makerA resolution for a lesser amount of what is owed is a possible resolution and we encourage the customer to contact us to arrange said resolutionAs stated before, Don Victor Jewelers has a strict policy against illegal collection practices and works on a day-by-day basis to improve our customer's shopping experience at our location

I am rejecting this response because:I feel you have left out a very important detail as to why did you leave information with my neighbor that I have no contact with or even knowthat is why I filled this complaint and also I didnt see if you are willing to settle this acct and remove late payments from my credit report once you have agreed to this then I will accept your responseI feel thats the least you can you do for this mix upi truly feel my right were violated by you giving that card to the neighbor tell them once you see me to tell me don victors is looking for I believe my neighbor has no right to know that kind of information.?

I feel thats the least you can you do for this mix up. I truly feel my right were violated by you giving that card to the neighbor tell them once you see me to tell me don victors is looking for .. I believe my neighbor has no right to know that kind of information.

Don Victor Jewelers is willing to settle the account by crediting the amount of late payments back into the account. Once the account balance is current we will notify the credit bureas by changing the account status. In response to your dispute: ·         Our company will do it's best to assist you with your credit report delinquencies. However, it is not in our hands to disregard a long period of late payments on your credit report. ·         We apologize for the inconvenience; nevertheless we want to make it clear that no personal information was provided to your neighbor. As stated before, Don Victor Jewelers is always willing to resolve disputes in a fair matter. We look forward to speaking with you in person.
