On 5/12/Mr [redacted] 's vehicle was towed into Don & Wally's Service Center with the rear passengers tire flatUpon inspection the passenger rear tire pressure sensor stem was physically broken causing the air to rush out of the tireWhile trying to remove the locked lugs nuts they broke Note: the vehicle has oversized tires and the locked lug nuts were over tightened or not properly toquredThe woman at the desk's name is [redacted] and she had called the customer before replacing with regular lug nuts and gave him an estimate of parts and laborWhile on the road test the tire light was still on revealing that there was another issueWhen the vehicle returned to the shop we tested all four tires and found the Drivers Front sensor was also not reading [redacted] left a message for Mr [redacted] which was never returned so we did not replace that sensor due to not having his consent

I reject the response for two reasons, one is there was no follow up call made by *** when I picked up the car on 05/@16: *** said, when I arrived said that her father or another person just informed her that the it was the wrong tire found with sensor problem Second reason being, is the lug nuts that they said they replaced were not all completed, simply because the security lug nut is still mount to the back spare tire which I need to have removed So the job for the tire sensor / lug nuts that were broken and replaced at Don and Wally's was never completed.
