pictures from our preconstruction video which show the retaining wall leaning before we arrived on site.  We went out to look at the wall after our work was completed because of the customer complaint and found the wall to be in the same condition that it was on our video. As for the cracked glass block window, our construction equipment would in no way cause her glass block window to crack, ESPECIALLY on the opposite side of the home where this crack was.  We directionally bored this job which allows for us to go under the ground and not even crack sidewalk slabs.  I’ve attached pictures showing which window she says was cracked and where the gas line was ran.  They are on opposite corners of the house. Let me know if you need further clarification or have any additional questions.Thanks,Ashley
