I am rejecting this response because: There was no bait box put in my attic, only traps were put there and are still there I was never told about any bait box or any other things, all this company did was try to get money The only way that I received information was because I asked questions I asked the same questions to all of the pest men that came to my house Each response was different This company says they train all their techs, I doubt this They all have different answers and agendas Alan said there was no rat This company never put any more traps in my attic because there was no rat The techwho came out first, *** *** tried to sell me not only rat and raccoon removal, but also a contractto get more money from me He is no longer with this company, WHY?

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
Unfortunately,
I cannot accept the company's response, as some important omissions and errors were evident
in the documentation. First, ***,
the office manager, did not note that I called to cancel the treatment that she
insisted must be scheduled on December There was no regard for my schedule or
priorities; she called to schedule when the company found it convenient to come
out, at a time other than the one indicated in the agreement to which they have
been referencing
I called to cancel that appointment, pending receipt of the
agreement, which *** agreed to send via e-mail. I will secure the telephone records if
necessary, to verify this information When I spoke to John several weeks later, he
reiterated that I had accepted the treatment on December 20. I told him that I had called to cancel the
treatment, but my wishes were not honored.
The company is now insisting I pay $for that treatment, because
the technicians treated the outside in my absence, against my wishesI have
received two calls about this “past due” bill.
Furthermore, as I review what the company refers to as my
contract, I see they did not honor the letter of their own agreement, which
they indicated would include a communication and treatment in NovemberThis
was not unusual; I did not consistently receive cards and communications for
the treatments they indicated, as they noted they would send in the
agreement. When the letters were sent,
they indicated a date that was not in accordance with my
work schedule or family prioritiesNo dates were indicated on the agreement;
the company apparently thought they could schedule at any time they saw
fit.
The company continually refers to the agreement they sent as
a contract, and are holding me to it, but they did not hold up their endThere
is not reference to an attempted contact in November in the company’s notes, yet a November treatment was indicated in the agreement I was quite relieved not to hear from the
company in November, because I was not happy with the pressure tactics of the
company and their disregard for my schedule or priorities
After having called to cancel the December appointment,
and having being billed for that visit nonetheless, I was in the back yard and
found the chimney cap which Nature’s Own Pest Control had installed in the
summer of 2016, lying on the ground.
Apparently it had blown off in the wind.
John has offered to send someone out to repair it again, but after the
way I have been treated as a customer, I have no intention of working with this
company again I am not satisfied with
the quality of the work performed by the company, nor by their treatment of me
as a customerCustomers deserve respect by a service company, and I have not
received the respect I am due
When I last spoke with John on January 20, 2017, out of
frustration I told him that I would pay $to settle all obligations to
this company, provided the bill was sent by mail and it indicated this would
settle all future obligation to the company.
He agreed to do this during our telephone conversation, but I have not received
the letter. I noted in his notes that he
did not indicate the amount we discussed over the phone, and he said I requested
an e-mail. This company seems to be
incapable of hearing customers This
disrespect is not appreciated.Regards,

I'm sorry that you feel this isn't in your favor . Our company policy requires us to charge for services that are rendered at your house . There was evidence of rodent and animal activity which requires two different programs both of which come with a warranty .

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:  That  was the original contract but Natures Own  never came back on a quarterly basis to service my resident as the contract states!!  You did not abide by the contract!  Please provide proof of servicing the resident besides on the initial date of contract.

Good Evening, We have researched this consumers account and the reason for this fee attached is a cancellation fee for cancelling this account early and not fullfillng the contract obligation that was signed by the consumer and our office. We can continue the service and this will remove the...

cancellation fee if needed. Please let our office know if any copies of proof or anything else may be needed. Thank You, Manager[redacted]

The initial service was performed on May 7, 2015, at which point Ms [redacted] signed the service agreement (please see attached.) Her 30 day follow-up was due in June and as promised, we went back before the 30 day follow-up visit and performed two retreats at no additional charge. In essence, we treated the home 3 times, twice in May 2015 and once is June 2015, which she should have been charged for that service as it was time for her 30 day follow-up. When we attempted to provide her follow-up visit, which is a charge, she kept refusing service. Ms [redacted] called on July 21 and wanted us to return at no charge, at which point, the customer service representative advised that there would be a charge of $85 plus tax. Ms [redacted] then became combative and expressed she wants to cancel, at which point she was explained she is still responsible for 75% of the remaining contract value. She advised the customer service representative to send her a bill, thus she received a cancellation fee of $276.04. We will not remove the early termination fee unless Ms [redacted] agrees to fulfill her service agreement.
