Review: I've been a customer for both home, personal, and auto for over a year after moving to California from the East Coast. Unfortunately, my truck sustained a cracked windshield that was unrepairable. The windshield replacement is complicated, requiring a take down of the headliner and reprogramming for rain sense and heat sense. Also, there are no alternatives except [redacted]. As requested, I obtained two estimates from two dealerships and both estimated costs greater than $3000. Don claimed [redacted] could do it for $1100 and sent that amount. I spoke to the company and they said they COULD NOT do the replacement since: #1 they don't have the glass. #2 they don't have the equipment to program the window. #3 the can't take down the head liner. I discussed this situation four times with Don and he refused to listen and kept on referring to this mobile glass company. Based on our conversation, I'm transferring my business to another agent.Desired Settlement: Ideally, my windshield would be paid.
