/On 2/19/we purchased an entire A/C Unit through Autumn Heating & Cooling Everything was working fine until 7/26/when my wife and I noticed the door to our laundry room was not closing properly, I started checking why it was not closing and I noticed the entire frame of the door was wet and it looked like the framed had expanded I also noticed the laminate wood floor area in front of the laundry room felt humid My wife contacted Autumn Heating & Cooling the same morning and they sent an technician the same day According to the tech the main drained line was clogged up he took a whole bucket of water out On 8/2/ [redacted] called and opened claim # [redacted] then their adjustor came to our house and took pictures as well as measurements I am assuming the measurements were for the damaged door/frame and floor On 8/9/we noticed one of the A/C unit pipes was dripping so we contacted Autumn again they sent a tech and he said "the dripping is due to

I have been a personal customer with Autumn Air Heating & Cooling since and after my first experience with them I added them to my vendor list and highly recommend them to anyone who expresses any needs for heating or cooling The tech’s who came out to my home were very professional, happy, arrived at the time they mentioned they would arriveThe prices are very reasonably at all times of the year and most importantly in the middle of Arizona summer as I have used them on many occasions for different homes that I have personally owned and managedI have always had great customer service from the office staff answering the phone, to the A/C technician’s, and even the OwnerThey treat your home as if they were taking care of their own personal residence
We had a tech come out to check our ton air conditioning unit at our non-profit organization buildingThe Technician admitted multiple red flags that would lead him to believe there was a leak issueThe tech then filled the unit, he know had a leak with lbs of coolant for a charge of $2000+We contacted the owner whom would not return our calls but refused to take responsibility for the blatant negligents and unethical business practices
