I was impressed with the service I received from Jerry at Lou's Auto Body when I got a quote on a minor "fender bender"This was to determine if it was going to be worth submitting as a possible insurance claim or not First, while doing the quote assessment, Jerry just adjusted the slight buckle in the bumper where it abutted the fenderHe then advised that most of the scratches could easily be buffed out and the one deeper "scar" could be painted overThe final result would be very reasonableThe cost of doing this was negligible
He then also provided a quote that would be for restoring the damage to "factory" standardsThis quote was comparable to a previous quote I got from another reputable auto body repair shop
I was very impressed with Jerry's professionalism and his willingness to provide me with optionsHe obviously was not trying to manipulate meI highly recommend them for their work and integrity

I was charged $*** for repairs on my Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo in JulyA different mechanic suggested I was taken advantage of
I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo in for a routine 3,ooo mile oilchange today, and was made aware by my mechanic here in Las Vegas that I was overcharged for work that was done by Don's Automotive in July, $to repair my injector harness, and remove my injector rail and replace my injectorsAlso, I was charged $for miscellaneous parts, ie; wire, connectors, and a tie strapI don't much about cars, so I trust the mechanics I patronize to be above board when it comes to their serviceIt was recommended to me that I make a complaint to the Revdex.com, so Don's Automotive could refund me for the overchargeMy invoice number for the work is XXXXX

Special thank you to Jerry *** and the wonderful staff of Lou's Auto Body for repairing my passenger mirror I had held off getting my mirror fixed due to the expense and finally needed to bite the bullet; only to have Lou's auto body pick up the bill as a thank you for my repeat business all of these years What an incredible surprise and wonderful gesture! How many auto body shops treat repeat clients like that? Thanks so much guys!
