I contacted capital in Ferndale on Monday January 30, to have my carpet dyed The quoted me a cost a room and I had to rooms So it would be but they also had a coupon for off a room so cost for the rooms to be done were They said they could do them Saturday morning February When the gentleman found out where I lived he asked could If I could send him a sample of the carpet to make sure it could be dyed to the would not make a trip for nothing I did and I called back on Friday February to see if they had received the sample They had not but they said if they received it that day they would call me and let me know So I get a phone call from a young lady at their office and she say we received the sample and your carpet can be dyed but because of where you live we are going to charge you a service call and the cost will be I could not believe it I asked why wasn’t I told this on Monday, I could have looked around and found someone closer> All she did was pass the buck and say I wasn’t the one that contacted you I stated so the day before I am to have it done you want to all of a sudden go up on the price a third She basically said yes cause its so far Had I been told this in the beginning I would have been fine with it and I could have checked other places now I have cleared my day to get this done and they pull this stunt Felt like bait and switch pricing
