Complaint# Thank You for letting us respond to this issueWe had the customer come back to our facility and we checked the vehicle with a outside mechanic that went over the vehicles exhaust system
We noted that yes the beauty tip for the exhaust muffler was
scratched on the undersideWe gave the customer a free oil change for the inconvenience and the scratches to the underside of the chrome beauty tip to the muffler.No damage was cause to the exhaust system of the vehicleI assured the customer everything was fine and that she would not experience any issues with her car exhaust system do to our actionsSince the last time I spoke to the customer, we have not had any interactions with herThis matter should be closed asapThank You
