The repairs were completed on 7/12/16 as soon as parts were available to change out the existing inside and outside units to her apartmentAs Ms*** mentioned we did provide her with a window unit to make her more comfortableWe do not feel we should let her out of her lease as repairs
were completed before she filed this complaint
