Revdex.com spoke with business who advised that this consumer had not written guarantee on work The area in question was not repaired/replaced by the company The company did go down to inspect the dock upon consumer complaint The company found that the part of the dock that they did
not do any work to had failed The consumer only had the end of the dock repaired The section were the consumer didn't have the company fix and declined repair to was what failed The second issue was that the consumer didn't have a working ice heater Company went to dock with new ice heater and pulled it in the consumer had shut off the power The failing dock was the consumers fault not the business A ice heater must be run 24/to prevent ice around the dock and that requires electricity The company couldn't install a new ice heater for the consumer to prevent further damage because there was no electricity which the company attempted at different electrical outlet locations
