You Sure about that? [redacted] spoke to you last week and told you the following:"So I answered the phone for client got a double dose ear fullhe still has one roof in front of him*** [redacted] we are requested to give a 24-hour notice on trailer deliveryhe asked for a date I told him I will not give a date but he is second in linehe did his own math and was saying it should be monday." This is being done this week

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: when my home was build in the electrician did all of the electrical work they installed my flood light and it was working fine until the roofing company came outThe roofing company have not been communicating with meThey have been lyingThe roofing company asked me who installed my awning and I told them so they call Thompson awningYes I did referred them to my friends now I wonder if I made a mistakeThe insurance company advised me that my awning will be install on the 18th but no one from the awning company have confirmed that so I still don't know if it will be installedThe roofing company advised my insurance company that they will be installing my flood light now they are saying they will notI will call the electrician who installed that light To make matters worst one of the roofing company employees advised me if they would have installed the awning incorrectly it would have forfeit my warranting that is when they made the decision to reach out to the awning companyYes I have been calling because it has been more then monthsMy insurance advised me they did not tell superior to offer me money to get my awning installedSo between my insurance company and the roofing company someone is not telling the truth Regards, [redacted]

It has been weeks since chimney was fixedThis was a long outstanding problem that was there way before we did roof and we have fixed the problemThe homeowner has been contacted for us to look at the interior and is being scheduled to be fixed everyone is very busy after hurricanes including
interior guysInterior staining will be taken care of in next weeks

First off we apologize if someone missed there appointmentSecondly we recvd the check from the insurance on 11/Homeowners are then put on the scheduleAs this homeowner knows, we are 4-weeks out on builds which would put us at this time frame*** did meet with homeowner on Saturday
at 11:amand got the paperwork signedThere will be NO money given to the homeowner and she will owe whatever insurance deems the deductible should beWe have a system that all communications are entered and we have nothing showing we were suppose to meet homeowner on 15thOur office phone are always on and workingAs far as a SCAM, this homeowner has zero right to make such accusationsWe strive to please all of our customers and this one is no differentHer roof is scheduled to be done the first of the week

Customer is aware that awning company will be installed Friday, so saying we are not in communication is untrueWe have a system that logs all communications and actions on all jobsAGAIN we do not own the awning company and cannot make them come out when customer wants them toAfter the awning is installed, We will then come out to seal it and make sure any shingles around it are not damagedAs far as the light goes, it was installed hanging inside the soffit by the wire and not put in with a box as per codeThis would not affect the function of the light but for obvious reasons would not be safe or to codeWe can try to put in a box, but will not put in something that is unsafe!!!

Unfortunately every roofing company is behind after a hurricane and with the unusual cold and rain we have at in December and January it has put us more behindHomeowner wants a straight answer which means that want an exact date on when work will be done, which is impossible to state because we
cannot predict the weather nor time it exactly will take on each roofUnfortunately most homeowners cannot understand thatWe are working tirelessly to get caught upI am sure the original salesperson told this customer that " we were looking at Mid-December weather permitting"Again we cannot roof in freezing temperatures and rain which pushes everyone back*** will be giving Mr *** a call again and giving him a tentative time frame. Thank you

We are a preferred vendor for Mrs ***'s insurance companyIt states in her policy that any insurance claim for roof repairs must be done by SuperiorMrs *** calls everyday and curses at us and then refers us to other people....??? Mrs *** has a awning installed on her roofWe contacted
the awning supplier (the people she insisted for us to call)to have this awing reinstalled so it will be installed correctly and they are taking a while to install itShe called on the 4th of this month and informed us that the awning company came and picked it up last week to do whatever they have to do to itWe have been in contact with her every week updated her constantlyThat is all we can doWe did offer Mrs *** to give her the money for the install and she can handle it (The insurance advised us that would be the best way to handle it) but she refusedWe cannot force the awning company to come out immediatelyAs far as holes in her roof, there are no holes in her roofOnce awing is installed we will come back and seal around bracketsHer flood lights were not installed correctly or to codeWe cannot and will not install something that is unsafeShe needs to get an electrician out before she burns her house down
