Plumber was at my house times for a very small leak right at the slabIn those visits he only capped pipes and opened the slabGot nothing but the run a roundI was given an estimate of $for the job after the 4th visit when I insisted I needed to know what this is all going to costThey were scheduling plumbers for a day to repair the leak, replace outside faucets and replace the shutoff valve to the well bladder I told them no, tell me what I owe you to date and we are doneThey gave me on phone a billing of $250, which I paid by credit that day A week later I get another bill for an additional $after I was told that the $covered all work to date I paid this because I didn't want bad credit due to them I contacted another local plumber who sent one man out He worked maybe hours and finished all we neededI was charged $for the full job and everything works great Big rip offI am convinced that because Don's knew we were filing an insurance claim for the leak damage that they were trying to capitalize on the insurance claim
