for respectShe demanded the store to fix her shoes againThe shoes seemed to be used many times and she did not give us the opportunity to explain that we needed some kind of proof that we fixed her shoesWe know must people don’t save receipts and that this could been easily the caseShe was rude to the person behind the counter and made the wrong choice of wordsWe as a business try to satisfy every clientWe are aware that there may be customers that may not like our work therefore we offer a refund if this is the case
