in response to the complaint filed by [redacted] ***,the transaction took place 5/14/15,not 5/18/as she stated,the charge was for computer diagnosis as to why the check engine light was on,which she was informed of this charge,and consented prior to it being done.Also,I might add that we removed part of the a/c compressor clutch that had fallen off the compressor,no charge.and I might also add that I did not have her car for two weeks,as she stated,she was here the whole time,about two hours totalupon computer anylization we found trouble codes for incorrect gear ratio-(transmission slipping)codes for shift solenoids a and b,and transmission temperature out of range-(overheating),to put it short,she got exactly what she paid for,by an a.s.ecertified technician with over yrs.experience for about half the price a dealership would charge,therefore I feel I have done nothing wrong.thanks for your inquiry,

as I stated the first time,she was told up front exactly what the charge would be for hooking up our computer and diagnosing her check engine light concern,she authorized us to do the diagnostic procedure on her car,my technician spent well over an hour on this car,she was charged for the computer,plus hour of diagnostic labor only,was informed of our diagnosis,given an estimateshe declined any of the repairs,therefore she was not charged for anything above or beyond what she requested,this car was having the symptoms that were causing the trouble codes when it was test driven by my technicianif there were nothing wrong with the car,the light would not have been on,nor would she have taken it to a repair shop,also it would not have had stored trouble codes,or active trouble codes,we cleared all of the codes,test drove the car,and the codes came back again,which tells me our diagnosis was correct.I cannot refund her money when we done only the right things
