warranty its explained on the bottom part of the invoice Customer called on 2/14/to let us know she had issues with the screen .*** *** front desk employee talk to her and let her know we could replaced screen under warranty and explain warranty will be void if there was any physical damaged or cracked screen even days past after repairShe was having issues with phone before repair with battery dying at % , we explain to her that is called IC failure and that is a problem that occurs very often when I phone is dropped, due to this issues touch on screen does not work properly this problem is not because of the part its the issue in the main board of the phone We can offer a refund is customer agrees to bring phone for us to replace with her old part ,the reason we pay for the part and we did our repair in correct working orderRefund will be given in check screen has to be in good conditions no cracks or physical damaged Please let me know if there is anything else we can help. I cannot provide a refund for a service that has already been renderedIf the screen was having problems, please bring the phone back so we can install a different screenThis is the reason that we include a warranty for the repair

I did that and they refuse to give me a refundThey told me I had cracked the screen and they refuse to do anything about iI took it to Apple and they said it was the fault of Pro CameraIf they will not refund my $80, I will take the next step to the news media with a couple of other dissatisfied customers
