Failure to return all or partial of my [redacted] deposit On [redacted] Don's TV came to my house to look at my antenna/rotor systems for possible replacementIn out original phone conversation the charge to replace the antenna and rotor system was [redacted] with the 'inspection fee' of [redacted] to be applied to my bill On inspection the owner (I believe his first name is [redacted] .) said he would replace the antenna and NOT the rotor for the $price While I agreed at this point, I questioned his bait and switch techniques the next day After not hearing from the owner for a month, I contacted him; and he said he was involved in a serious car accident and wouldn't be able to do the work for a while He also stated that he would return half of my deposit I have left numerous voice mail messages and sent him a letter with no response I am not sure of [redacted] 's personal health or issues are But his 'bait and switch' techniques and his failure to even contact
When my 50" plasma blew up, I thought "Who is going to fix this thing? I don't want to schlep this beast to some department store or ship it (on my nickle) to PanasonicThe only thing that made me happier than finding a TV repair shop in Worcester that made house calls was actually using Don's TV repairAndrew the tech was super-friendly, reasonably-priced, and actually helped me prove that *** Cable was to blame for the failure; due to faulty outside groundingCan I give more than stars? Highly recommended!
