Tell us why here...We appoligize that our customer service after the sale was percieved as less than adequate. The salesman in question has a stellar reputation with his customers both past and present, but we certianlly failed to get it right this time. We have tried to contact the
customer and will continue to try until we reach her so that we might have a clear conversation to see where our process failed her and to try to make amends. It appears that the repair has been made at our sister store, which specializes in Nissan repairs
