Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [redacted] has two laborers working for him and that is the WHOLE companyHe would have you to believe that he runs a professional operation with multiple skilled employees -at least that is the impression that I got when I initially hired him (and that is the impression he is trying to give in his Revdex.com response as well).In actuality, he does the bulk of the work himself and it is poorly done at best, NOT master level by any means! and the quality from his two minimum-wage laborers is basically what you would expectAlso bad!In regards to him remedying the situation, I had to laugh because of the amount of lies he tries to present as truth:First, when he called me and when I arrived home at 11pm, my house still had roughly a half inch of water in ~40% of the main level of the house, not dry at alland his laborer was using MY Shop Vac and MY clean white bath towels to attempt to clean up what he could (which wasn't much)Second, he promised me he would try to make the situation better and that he had a gentleman coming in the morning at 7am to run fans and dehumidifierswellthe guy never showedI waited until 11am (hours after I initally surveyed the damage) to call my insurance company and start the process of getting my home back to normal, luckily [redacted] Restoration -at the request on MY INSURANCE came out the same day and began the process drying me outNow I am working with a licensed and skilled contractor I found on [redacted] List and I will never make the mistake of not properally vetting companies again.I wish the Revdex.com had higher standards for being able to appear on your website (proof of insurance, license, etc..) as it stands now I have lost faith in your organizationHopefully it can be restored by properly handling this case Regards, [redacted]

Don’t Worry I Can Fix it, LLC has over logged work hours at Ms [redacted] residence at a rate of $dollars an hour and was given a discount because her and her husband are seniors ; therefore no refund is warranted or due Our company performed a range of home improvement services in a two day timeframeAll of which are not listed in the issues raised by our customerOne such service was the installation of a newly purchased dishwasher from [redacted] by Ms [redacted] which [redacted] installers refuse to install because of her leaking copper plumbingWe ran a test on the old dishwasher before removing it and determined that it was not broken however merely unpluggedShe was told this and shown that it worked and stated I no longer want or needed the old dishwasher being she had purchased a newer dishwasher and [redacted] had left itShe then stated I could have it, however she did not give the dishwasher as stated in the complaintI paid her for the old dishwasher In regard to the broken jammed storm doorThere was no reason for us to prop the door open or fully extend itHer husband propped it open for some reason pushing it back to far and it jammedHe began to work on it which Mrs [redacted] quickly dismissed him from doing so( Note The only thing we brought into her home was hand tools.) She asked me would I or my staff look at it before he breaks it, my reply was yes as soon as I'm finish connecting the new plumbing for the dishwasher (Note the new plumbing with News shut off valves was important in order to connect the dishwasherAnd was the main reason why [redacted] installer refuse to install the dishwasher the copper pipes was already leaking.) , we also installed a no freeze outside water spicketThese are our more items that is not mentioned in her complaint but are clearly marked on the invoiceAs far as Ms [redacted] turning the water on and off, I’m unsure how that has been determined as we never ever asked any of our client to turn it offAfter a careful inspection it was determined by myself because of the leeks and the lack of shut off valves that it would be best that the water be shut off from the streetMs [redacted] ’s water line is shared with her neighbor and I literally had to go ask her neighbor permission to turn theirs off as well Don’t Worry I Can Fix it, LLC is disheartened Ms [redacted] has turned to the Revdex.com to file these confusing claims, however our company simply cannot work for free

The second company in question left a detailed note showing exactly where and how much of the downstairs basement wall needed to openedTherefore the job was performed exactly to their specificationsThis client was told that because of the weather we would have to reschedule his appointment
The client stated that he needed the basement completed sooner than our availability so we offered to refund the $for materialsThe client accept the refund of $ ( This amount has been paid.)

First let me say publicly that we apologize to this particular client for causing the leak in his home but it was no more than an accident this was not negligent. On October 26th don't worry I can fix it was doing some demolition work in the second floor bathroom and
accidentally punctured the cold water line causing a small flood in the client's homeDon't worry I can fix it Lead tech immediately called several other employees to come to that location to clean up the water and run dehumidifier at this residence Don't worry I can fix it also called in one of the plumbing sub-contractors they use to repair the leekBy o'clock that night the client's home was fully dry and dentifiers was still ran until the next dayThe lead tech that was on site for don't worry I can fix it sat down with the client and apologized to the client for the accident that occurredThe Onsight Manger has over years experience in the construction industry and he is a master CarpenterThe client agree to the contract that has been submittedDon't worry I can fix it employee hold some type of certification rather it be a mmaster, journeymen or apprentices certificateWe are fully insurance with liability and workman's comp for employees We're a certified firm with the EPA dealing with LedDon't worry I can fix it does not only do Residential remodels and repairs we also do commercial o at anytime feel free to ask when getting your quote proof of insurance I assure you that will be no problem

Most of what Mr *** said is untrue His son broke our door and he knows it My husband was trying to fix it after they broke it He knows the main issue we had was not mentioned in my complaint because I had no concrete proof of the loss I have email proof that he offered me a refund All I can say is for anyone hiring Don't worry I can Fix it llc is that buyer beware
