I sent the return back to Dona Jo, over a month ago. They received it, almost a month ago on 12/28/2017.Well over a month now, and still no refund. I attached the tracking number and USPS website screenshot. I demand a refund and compensation for the waste of time and improper handling of returns.

No. Dona Jo has NOT issued a refund. Absurd. 3 months now? 6 months? How long should I wait for a refund? I am also filing a dispute with PayPal after my credit card finishes the charge back.
