I am not willing to accept the terms of Roland ManagementThey were well aware of the mold problem and chose to ignore itThey also claimed to have called me several times which is absolutely not true because I never got these alleged callsI can get a statement from the man that came out and looked at the house, saw the mold and told me that they do not handle mold issues and to see my renterHe was from Code enforcementI want to not only be released from my lease without it going on my credit but I want my deposit back to be used to find another place to liveThese people at Roland are untruthful and don't care about their tenantsI informed them numerous times and still nothingThey did send workers but they didn't clean the air ducts or address the mold situation one timeI have paid my rent on time since I moved in regardless of the house situation so I carried out my part of the lease [redacted]
I honestly believe these people are racist..my and my wife's income was enough to rent a property..we kept calling to check on the application and the lady informed us that it was still being processed..after a week she finally decides to tell us that we could not rent the property bc the septic tank would not hold 4 asults..This makes not type of sense..the home was a 3 bedroom so how would it not accommodate 4 adults? She knew she was wrong for that lie so she offered us the application fee back which is suppose to be non refundable..They will never ever have to worry about me inquiring about anymore of their properties..
